Fiberglass and Fabrication

Below are just a couple of the many projects we have done over the last decade while working on boats, replacing decks, stringers, doing repairs, replacing tanks, removing rotted deck cores and refinishing parts of boats that have been degraded over the course of years in the ocean. We make repairs that are made to last and do custom installs and clean work so it looks as good as new. These are just a couple of examples so you can see the type of work we do. We never quite embraced the idea of showing all our work to everyone. WE simply take care of our customers’ projects so they can enjoy their boats. If you are a new client, feel free to reach out.   • This is an 11ft whaler needing a restoration

  • It was badly damaged from decades of abuse

  • Everything needed to be removed

  • Next came the filling of dugout damage

  • Filled and faired over and over

  • faired and sanded

  • Slowly but surely getting it back to original shape

  • After sanding down we reveal the damage goes all the way through

  • The area needs to be fully exposed in order to get layers of fiberglass in to repair the damage

  • Some final finish work is needed to prepare for color match paint. For some reason I do not have a photo of the end result. It was color matched and we used 2 part, 2 step automotive paint for this one which is what Trophy used instead of gelcoat
